A deep cleanse and moderate exfoliation which includes steam, aromatherapy, and massage of the back, shoulders, arms, lower legs and feet, customized to your individual skin needs. Additional modalities can be added at no extra charge if deemed necessary which may include, but are not limited to high frequency and/or extractions.
A deep cleanse, exfoliation, face and scalp massage, with warm compresses and aromatherapy, ending with manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) of the neck and face. MLD alone aids in healing acne, eczema, and bruising, relieving sinus congestion and pain, and decreasing swelling by improving the flow of lymph fluid while strengthening the immune system.
A very specific and gentle technique that promotes optimal lymphatic drainage. Blockages in lymph flow can cause a host of maladies. MLD can have profound effects on such. It is recommended that a series of these treatments be scheduled over several days to gain the maximum healing potential.
